Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all appointments, classes and services provided by Bridge4 Rehabilitation Ltd ("Bridge4", "we", "us"), and to the use of this website.

Bridge4 Rehabilitation Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 09487634. Registered office: 36 Frederick Street, Loughborough, LE11 3BJ. Our clinic is at 3-4 Geoff Monk Way, Birstall, Leicester, LE4 3BU.

1. Booking and payment

  • We take a 50% deposit when you book an Initial Assessment. This comes off the appointment price, and the remaining 50% is due at the appointment.
  • Payment for follow-up appointments is due at the time of the appointment.
  • Our current prices are shown on our Pricing page. We may change our prices from time to time. The price you pay is the price in place on the date of your appointment, and we'll let you know in advance of any price change via notifications in our reception area / appointment reminders or other general communications.

2. Cancellations and missed appointments

  • We need 1 full working day's notice to cancel or move an appointment. For example, cancel by 1pm on Monday for a 1pm Tuesday appointment, or by 11am on Friday for an 11am Monday appointment.
  • Cancellations with less notice, and missed appointments, will incur a £25 cancellation charge.

3. Late arrival

  • If you arrive late, we'll do our best to see you, but your appointment will still finish at the booked time and the full fee will apply.

4. Classes

  • Our specialist classes require a Neurological Initial Assessment first, to make sure the class is right for you.

5. Class bundles

We offer 5-class and 10-class bundles for our physio-led and Pilates classes, and a Bridge4 Prime bundle for our Prime classes.

  • Bundles are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any classes not used within 90 days will expire, and we're unable to extend expiry dates or offer refunds on unused credits.
  • Bundles are for the person who bought them and can't be shared or transferred.
  • If you buy a bundle online or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven't booked or attended any classes from it. After that, or once you've used a class, bundles can't be refunded.
  • A bundle covers all classes of that type, not a particular day or time. If we need to cancel a class, you can use your bundle for another class of the same type, so we don't offer refunds for individual cancelled classes / timetable changes.
  • You can cancel a class booking up to 6 hours before it starts. Cancellations within 6 hours of the class, and missed classes, count as used.

6. Health insurance

  • We have a limited number of places for patients using private health insurance. You must tell us before your appointment is booked if you wish to claim through your insurer.
  • It's your responsibility to check your cover and get any authorisation needed. If your insurer doesn't pay for a session, the cost is payable by you.

7. Your health and safety

  • Please tell us about any medical conditions, medication or changes in your health, both before your first appointment and as they happen.
  • Our physiotherapists may adapt or stop a session or class if they feel it isn't safe to continue.

8. Using this website

  • The information on this website is general and isn't a substitute for an assessment by a qualified professional.
  • The content of this website belongs to Bridge4 Rehabilitation Ltd and may not be copied without our permission.

9. Our responsibility to you

  • We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
