Acquired Brain Injury
Tailored, specialist rehabilitation after an acquired brain injury, whether recent or years ago.
Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation
If you or a loved one is living with the effects of an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), we’re here to help.
At Bridge4 Rehab, our experienced Neurological Physiotherapy team provides tailored, specialist rehabilitation for individuals recovering from ABI, whether the injury was recent or years ago.
A Personalised, Collaborative Approach
Your recovery starts with a comprehensive assessment by one of our expert neuro physios. From there, we’ll work with you to design a bespoke rehabilitation programme tailored to your current needs and long-term goals.
Together, we will formulate a programme that will provide you with the support and expert skills you require to reach your target during your time at Bridge4.
Rehabilitation is a team effort and we welcome family, support workers and other professionals involved in your care. We want your progress to extend beyond Bridge4.
