Parkinson's
Personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy for people living with Parkinson’s.
Parkinson’s Rehabilitation
Living with Parkinson’s brings unique challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone. At Bridge4 Rehab, our expert Neurological Physiotherapy team has extensive experience supporting people living with Parkinson’s through personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation.
Tailored Support, Every Step of the Way
We start with a comprehensive assessment to understand your current abilities, concerns, and goals. From there, we build a bespoke rehab plan that adapts as your needs evolve, whether you’re newly diagnosed or managing long-term symptoms.
Together, we will formulate a programme that will provide you with the support and expert skills you require to reach your target during your time at Bridge4.
Rehabilitation is a team effort and we welcome family, support workers and other professionals involved in your care. We want your progress to extend beyond Bridge4.
