Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
Specialist physiotherapy to help retrain movement and build confidence for people living with FND.
Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) Rehabilitation
If you’re living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), we’re here to help. At Bridge4 Rehab, our experienced Neurological Physiotherapy team provides tailored, specialist rehabilitation for people living with FND, whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or have been managing symptoms for some time.
FND affects people in very different ways, so no two experiences are the same, and your treatment shouldn’t be either.
Your Rehab, Your Way
We start with a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, taking time to understand your symptoms, your current abilities and your goals. From there, we’ll create a bespoke rehab plan that is reviewed and adapted as your needs change.
Together, we will formulate a programme that will provide you with the support and expert skills you require to reach your target during your time at Bridge4.
Rehabilitation is a team effort and we welcome family, support workers and other professionals involved in your care. We want your progress to extend beyond Bridge4.
