Treatment with us at Bridge4 Rehab starts with a thorough 90-minute initial assessment and a discussion about your rehabilitation with one of our specialist neuro physiotherapists. We take time to understand your current abilities, identify what matters most to you and discuss your goals. From this, we build a personalised treatment plan designed to improve movement, confidence and independence.
Family members, support workers and other professionals are always welcome. Rehabilitation works best when everyone is on the same page, and we want your progress to continue both in and out of Bridge4.

Specialist Rehabilitation Equipment
Our physiotherapists combine hands-on clinical skills with specialist rehab equipment to help you move more efficiently, reduce compensations and progress with confidence.
Treatment may include manual physiotherapy techniques designed to improve posture, movement quality and functional control.
Our purpose-built centre also offers advanced technologies including Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES), which uses small electrical pulses to help weakened muscles work, bodyweight-supported treadmill training, and pressure or EMG biofeedback, which gives real-time insight into your balance, muscle activity and movement patterns. These tools help you train safely, practise for longer and retrain movement more effectively.
